Help with using GoHaven.com

Browser requirements

GoHaven.com was designed to function on version 4 browsers (the browser is the program you use to view a web page) and above, particularly Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator. If you encounter any problems using this site and are not using one of the browsers as recommended, you may choose to upgrade.

Why not download Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox free of charge.

Cookies

In order for the Search and Notepad options to work accordingly to this site, Go Haven's server must be able to write a cookie to your browser. This is in order to remember certain things about your search criteria and log-in status.

Please check that your browser's preferences are set to accept cookies. Browser preferences can be accessed from either the Preferences or Internet Options dialogue menu items. This however depends on what browser you are using.

Navigating the site

You access GoHaven.com using the navigation on the left hand side of the page, or by clicking any of the buttons on the content pages. In addition to the Homepage, our site is organised into four major areas, Rent, Landlords, Buy to Let and Go Haven™. Clicking on one of these main categories will reveal the list of pages within that section. Clicking on one of the items listed below a main category will take you to that page.
